Please Note: The following return policy applies to Merrilee’s Swimwear Online orders only! Do not try and return online goods to our retail stores. Merrilee’s Swimwear Retail stores cannot accept internet returns or exchanges. Any purchase made at one of our Retail stores will have to follow their individual return policy. Please call individual stores for details.
A Return may be made for Refund only under the following conditions:
- All Sale items are a Final Sale.
- Online returns can only be made by mail. Please DO NOT bring goods for return to Merrilee’s
Swimwear retail stores. Our retail stores are run separately, have a different return policy
and DO NOT give Refunds or exchanges swimwear.
- All returns must be accompanied by :
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Ship your Returns to:
*Customers making excessive returns will be subject to reduced return and/or shopping privileges.
- We do not accept responsibility for mistreated or misused goods, exposure to extreme conditions, highly chlorinated pools/Jacuzzis or improper/accidental wash care.
- We do not accept responsibility for goods that do not meet your “individual modesty requirements”. Although we test all our fabrics please be aware that everyone’s colorations and comfort levels are different. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

- All tags and hygienic liners must be intact and untampered with. We cannot accept any goods without these.
- Goods must be clean, unworn, unwashed and in their original saleable condition.
- You must have your original online purchase receipt. We cannot accept any return or exchange without this. No exceptions.
- All returns must be made within 21 days of the date your order was placed. We will not accept returns if postmarked after this 21 day window.
- All Sale items are a Final Sale.
